• Our travel agency does not do booking involving people aged below seven years old. Sorry!
• As of 2025, we do NOT book cruises. There is a chance for this to change in the future.
• We are able to help you book travel insurance. Many of the group trips require this so it is HIGHLY advised that if you have an interest in doing a group trip that you get travel insurance. Otherwise we will be unable to help you outside of solo traveling booking flights and hotels. This does not apply to convention travelers, however we also still advise travel insurance to help in instances like unforeseen medical situations and baggage loss.
Any client who is disrespectful during their trip will be blacklisted from future dealings. This includes convention travel as well. We contact our suppliers after group trips to ensure that no harm is coming to the local communities we support through our bookings. Please, treat people in the country you are traveling to as if they are your neighbor and not as objects.
• If for any reason we feel that a booking has become unsafe due to a natural disaster or a political situation, we will do our best to help our client cancel the trip. Your safety is our top priority.
• All medical conditions and allergies should be made to us at the very start.
• Our main form of communication is through our work email. As our business expands, we will streamline this process to make it easier.
